Absolutely! Westbrook Print Shop offers printed-and-delivered-to-you art prints in the following sizes:  8x10, 11x14, 16x20, 18x24 and 24x36.  Our designs are printed on a smooth matte, 100% cotton rag paper that is archival grade, acid-free, substantial in weight in a neutral, warm white color that has a very subtle ‘vintage’ feel.  We love this fine art paper because it brings an elegant, quality look to the artwork.

When you purchase digital art prints, you receive the digital version of the artwork, not a paper print. Purchasing art prints digitally is a great way to get beautiful, high-quality art at an affordable price, especially since you receive multiple sizes of the design. Digital downloads are also a great option if you 1) are looking for a print to fit a unique frame size 2) want to print on a special print medium, for example a specific art paper type or 3) want to use the art print more than once for personal use, like giving it to a few different people on your gift list. Once your purchase is complete, Westbrook will send you an email containing all the art files just purchased. The email will be titled ‘Your art print downloads from Westbrook Print Shop’, so make sure to check your junk folder if you don’t receive this email.   For each design purchased, you’ll receive the digital files needed to print these popular print sizes:  8x10, 11x14, 12x16, 16x20, 18x24 & 24x36.  Open the email and download the files for safekeeping.  We strongly suggest downloading to a computer instead of your phone, since art files tend to be very large.

For each design, you’ll receive 3 ‘Ratio’ files, each properly sized so that the artwork is the correct length & width and in proportion.  When it’s time to get your artwork printed, just send the correct Ratio file for your chosen finished art print size as follows:

• 4:5 Ratio - use this file for:  8x10, 11x14, 16x20 prints
• 3:4 Ratio - use this file for: 5x7, 9x12, 18x24 prints
• 2:3 Ratio - use this file for: 12x18, 20x30, 24x36 prints

For digital downloads: Due to the ‘instant access’ nature of an art print that is delivered digitally, all sales of digital downloads are considered final once payment has completed.  No refunds or exchanges will be issued.  

For printed art prints: All sales are final, except if you receive a damaged or incorrect product. In those cases, please email hello@WestbrookPrintShop.com within 15 days of order receipt and we'll be happy to ship the correct order to you free of charge!
