Absolutely! Westbrook Print Shop offers printed-and-delivered-to-you art prints in the following sizes, depending on the specific design:  5x7, 8x10, 11x14, 16x20, 18x24 and 24x36.  Our designs are printed on a smooth matte, 100% cotton paper that is substantial in weight in a neutral, warm white color.  We love this fine art paper because it brings an elegant, quality look to the artwork.

We'll be offering the Framing option on all of our prints in early 2026, so stay in touch!

When you purchase digital art prints, you receive the digital version of the artwork, not a paper print. Purchasing art prints digitally is a great way to get beautiful, high-quality art at an affordable price, especially since you receive multiple sizes of the design. Digital downloads are also a great option if you 1) are looking for a print to fit a unique frame size 2) want to print on a special print medium, for example a specific art paper type or 3) want to use the art print more than once for personal use, like giving it to a few different people on your gift list. For each design, you’ll receive 3 ‘Ratio’ files, each properly sized so that the artwork is the correct length & width and in proportion.  When it’s time to get your artwork printed, just send the correct Ratio file for your chosen finished art print size as follows:

• 4:5 Ratio - use this file for:  8x10, 11x14, 16x20 prints
• 3:4 Ratio - use this file for: 5x7, 9x12, 18x24 prints
• 2:3 Ratio - use this file for: 12x18, 20x30, 24x36 prints

Damaged Items

If your artwork arrives damaged, we’ll absolutely replace it for you.  You’ll need to email us at hello@westbrookprintshop.com within 7 days with,

• Your order number
• Pictures that clearly show the damaged part of the art print.  

We’ll get the replacement prints out to you ASAP.

Returns/Exchanges

We’re a small art print studio, and every order is printed and/or framed with care only when ordered, either in-studio or by our 3rd party printing/framing partner. so we are unable to offer exchanges, refunds or returns on any of our art prints, including digital downloads.  

That means we can’t offer returns, refunds or exchanges for:

• Ordering the wrong size
• Changing your mind
• Any other reason besides damage

So please choose thoughtfully.  We’ve made every attempt to describe the artwork in detail, and make sure our website pictures accurately portray the print.  If you have specific color requirements, and aren’t sure about a print, reach out to us at hello@westbrookprintshop.com and we’ll be happy to answer your concerns honestly and with care.  Our only goal is to provide you with art prints you can proudly display in your home!
