Damaged Items

If your artwork arrives damaged, we’ll absolutely replace it for you.  You’ll need to email us at hello@westbrookprintshop.com within 7 days with,

  • Your order number

  • Pictures that clearly show the damaged part of the art print.  

We’ll get the replacement prints out to you ASAP.

Returns/Exchanges

We’re a small art print studio, and every order is printed and/or framed with care only when ordered, either in-studio or by our 3rd party printing/framing partner. so we are unable to offer exchanges, refunds or returns.  

That means we can’t offer returns, refunds or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Changing your mind

  • Any other reason besides damage

So please choose thoughtfully.  We’ve made every attempt to describe the artwork in detail, and make sure our website pictures accurately portray the print.  If you have specific color requirements, and aren’t sure about a particular print, reach out to us at hello@westbrookprintshop.com and we’ll happily spend as much time as needed answering your concerns honestly and with care.  Our only goal is to provide you with art prints you can proudly display in your home!
