Damaged Items

If your artwork arrives damaged, we’ll absolutely replace it for you.  You’ll need to email us at hello@westbrookprintshop.com within 7 days with,

• Your order number

• Pictures that clearly show the damaged part of the art print.   

We’ll get the replacement prints out to you ASAP.

Returns/Exchanges

We’re a small art print studio, and every order is printed and/or framed with care only when ordered, either in-studio or by our 3rd party printing/framing partner. so we are unable to offer exchanges, refunds or returns, including digital downloads.  

That means we can’t offer returns, refunds or exchanges for:

• Ordering the wrong size

• Changing your mind

• Any other reason besides damage

So please choose thoughtfully.  We’ve made every attempt to describe the artwork in detail, and make sure our website pictures accurately portray the print.  If you have specific color requirements, and aren’t sure about a particular print, reach out to us at hello@westbrookprintshop.com and we’ll happily spend as much time as needed answering your concerns honestly and with care.  Our only goal is to provide you with art prints you can proudly display in your home!

Our Shipping and Delivery process:

• We offer Free Shipping in the U.S. for all orders $80 and up.

• We print or frame each item ‘to order’ and most orders are typically printed, packaged and ship within 2-3 days of purchase.  You’ll receive an email notification of shipment that contains a tracking link.

Each art print is protected in clear art display bags or carefully wrapped in paper, then securely packaged in either a sturdy mailing envelope or heavy cardboard tube specially designed to protect photographs or artwork during shipping.

If you purchased digital download art prints, you will receive an email within a few minutes of your purchase with all the download files plus details on how to access the sizes you want to print.
