PAPER PRINTS: Westbrook Print Shop offers printed-and-delivered-to-you art prints in the following sizes: 8x10, 11x14, 16x20, 18x24 and 24x36. Our designs are printed on a smooth matte, 100% cotton rag paper that is archival grade, acid-free, substantial in weight in a neutral, warm white color that has a very subtle ‘vintage’ feel. We love this fine art paper because it brings an elegant, quality look to the artwork.
DIGITAL DOWNLOADS: If you purchase a digital download, you’ll be emailed the actual art files for all the following sizes: 8x10, 11x14,16x20,18x24 & 24x36, which you can then have printed. Digital downloads are an affordable way to purchase art. The delivery is instant and can be reprinted for your personal use.

DELIVERY & RETURNS
PAPER PRINTS DELIVERY: Paper print orders typically leave the studio within 3-5 days of purchase. Our prints are packaged in either a sturdy mailing envelope or heavy cardboard tube specially designed to protect photographs and artwork during shipping.
DIGITAL DOWNLOAD DELIVERY: Once your purchase is complete, Westbrook will send you an email containing all the art files just purchased. The email will be titled ‘Your art print downloads from Westbrook Print Shop’, so make sure to check your junk folder if you don’t receive this email. For each design purchased, you’ll receive the digital files needed to print these popular print sizes: 8x10, 11x14, 16x20, 18x24 & 24x36. Please download these files for safekeeping. We strongly suggest downloading to a computer instead of your phone or tablet, since art files tend to be large. RETURNS:
PAPER PRINTS - We accept returns for undamaged paper prints within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund of the print purchase price (excluding the original shipping fee). Customers are responsible to pay for the return shipping cost. Please email us at hello@westbookprintshop.com to begin the return process. If you are looking to exchange a print, please return it for a full refund and repurchase the item you want.
DAMAGED or DEFECTIVE - If you receive a damaged or defective print, please notify us at hello@westbookprintshop.com within 30 days of purchase, we will immediately replace/repair any print upon receipt of visual proof of damage (mobile phone pictures, etc).
DIGITAL DOWNLOADS - Due to the nature of digital products being immediately accessible upon purchase there are no returns or refunds for our digital print downloads. Once payment has been processed and completed and the purchased art files have been sent via email to the email address provided as a part of the purchase process, each download purchase is considered final, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
